At W Event Details, every item is custom-designed and made to order just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at WEventDetails@yahoo.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
